Baffled Smoke Grenades

This new addition to our product line, is our Model 52 series Baffled smoke grenade. Due to the unique baffling system inside the can it contains any flame that a normal smoke grenade may produce, thus reducing the potential of fire. The Model 52 series is a full size grenade. The Model 52 series baffled canister grenade discharge smoke through four angled top ports.

There are three choices of composition available: CN tear agent, CS riot control agent, and inert white smoke for training, screening and tactical purposes.

Operation

The grenades can be launched by hand or from most 12ga shotguns by using an appropriate launching adapter and launching cartridge. Upon release the fly-off lever separates and initiates the Model 201 precision delay fuze which in turn ignites the grenade after a 1.5 second delay.

Safety

All of our grenade products come standard with our pull ring safety clip, which retains the pull ring against the fuze body. Releasing the pull ring requires a clockwise twist before pulling the pin. The pull ring can easily be reinserted to the safe position if the pin has not been removed.
