Flameless Expulsion Grenades

Another new addition to our product line, is our Model 54 series Flameless Expulsion grenade. Upon function of the fuze, the devices chemical payload is propelled into the atmosphere. The payload is pushed out with the help of CO² resulting in a visible cloud of chemical agent into the room. The Model 54 series is a full size grenade and discharge smoke through four angled top ports and one port on the side.

There are three choices of composition available: CN tear agent, CS riot control agent, OC, and inert powder for training and tactical purposes.

Operation

The grenades can be launched by hand or from most 12ga shotguns by using an appropriate launching adapter and launching cartridge. Upon release the fly-off lever separates and initiates the Model 201 precision delay fuze which in turn ignites the grenade after a 1.5 second delay.

Safety

All of our grenade products come standard with our pull ring safety clip, which retains the pull ring against the fuze body. Releasing the pull ring requires a clockwise twist before pulling the pin. The pull ring can easily be reinserted to the safe position if the pin has not been removed.
